Delivery times are conditioned by the destination areas of the products.
ITALY: Delivery is approximately expected within 3 days of shipment.
European EU countries indicated: Delivery is approximately expected within 6 working days of shipment.
We ship with the Bartolini carrier.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be handled on the next working day and delivery times vary according to the carrier that takes charge of the shipment.
Primamoda Kids yes reserves the right to cancel the order without further charges to the customer by reimbursing him in the event of problems relating to availability, price, condition of the item before shipping.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping to ITALY costs €6.00 and is free for orders over €99.00 except for further and different "term promotions" which Primamoda Kids could report on this site and to customers subscribed to the official newsletter. Shipping costs are always indicated in the online shopping cart of this website when the order is placed.
Shipments to Austria, France, Germany and Spain (islands excluded) cost €15.00 .

If the Customer refuses delivery of the goods, any shipping costs required to return the package to Primamoda Kids will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer.

You will receive the tracking code to follow the shipment, directly from the courier.
