Yes, all items on sale are original.

Primamodakids sells clothing, shoes and accessories for boys, girls, newborns and newborns from 0 to 16 years old.

All items available in the store and in our warehouses are also immediately available on our website. If a size or item is no longer available it is probably out of stock. However, the possibility that an item may become available again is not excluded.

Sizes may vary by brand and product, so we invite you to contact our WhatsApp number and ask for information on sizes and the specific product.

Before shipping, Primamodakids carries out a careful and meticulous quality control of each product. If you have received a defective item, we invite you to contact our customer service via the contact form, Whatsapp or via Live Chat providing all possible details on the damaged item. We will be happy to help you and will try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Payments

The accepted payment methods are: credit/debit card, Paypal, cash on delivery or digital wallets such as Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, ShopPay. We also offer the option to pay in 3 installments or after 30 days with Klarna.

We offer the possibility to make payments in installments, without interest and additional fees, through Klarna.

The service allows you to receive your order immediately and pay for it in 3 convenient installments, without interest. This way you can enjoy your purchase and take the time to pay for it slowly. Simply choose the "Klarna - Pay in 3 instalments" option at Checkout and you will only pay the first instalment. Then take your time to pay off the remaining installments. The charges will be automatically made to the chosen payment method, at no additional cost.

With Klarna you can pay after 30 days. By choosing this option, you will have up to 30 days to pay from the order date without interest and without additional costs. Before you're charged, you'll receive a reminder with details to remind you that your payment is due. You can also pay before the 30 day deadline by card using the Klarna app.

Orders

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with the shipment identification number. Furthermore, at any time, you can access your account, in the "My orders" section, to track your purchases, consult the number of order and the date it was placed, the status and all the details. If you still have questions, do not hesitate to contact support via contact form, email, Whatsapp or Live chat.

We recommend that you check the correctness of the email entered during the purchase and check your spam folder. In any case you can contact our Customer Service via the contact form, email, Whatsapp or Live Chat, who will check the status of the order and provide you with all the updated details.

If the order has not yet been shipped you can contact our Customer Service providing us with details on the changes to be made. If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately it will not be possible to modify it.

Shipping

Generally, orders are entrusted to the courier within 1-2 working days, which usually delivers within 2-3 working days in Italy, except for disadvantaged areas, for foreign countries it can take 4-6 working days.

Shipping methods and costs vary depending on the country of delivery. Shipping to Italy is free for orders over €99. In the event that the purchase value is lower, the shipping cost will be €6.00.

Shipments to Austria, Germany and Spain (islands excluded) cost €15.00.

Shipments to France cost €25.00.

If you enter the shipping address incorrectly, simply contact our Customer Service via contact form, Whatsapp or Live Chat; We will promptly change the address. If the order has already been shipped, it will not be possible to change the delivery address, except in specific cases which vary from courier to courier.

If during delivery of the goods you notice that the package is damaged or appears to have been tampered with, ask the courier to accept the package with RESERVE FOR DAMAGED PACKAGE and then contact our Customer Service providing photos and more details.

Returns and refunds

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, unworn items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

You can contact our Customer Service via contact form, Whatsapp or Live Chat and request a collection (only in Italy), the collection costs are €6 which will be deducted from the refund together with the outward shipping costs or you can proceed to send his autonomy and always at his expense.

It is possible to make a return in store but you will have to contact our Customer Service via contact form, Whatsapp or Live Chat to receive further details. Once you have received approval for your return/exchange you can bring your items to the store.

Usually the refund is made within 1-2 working days of receiving the package at our warehouses and following verification of the conditions of the product, you will receive an email confirming the refund, however to actually see the amount you will have to wait for the times provided by the arrival of the bank transfer and can take up to 14 days, in case of doubts you can contact our customer service via Live Chat, Email or contact form.

If you book a collection, €6 will be deducted from your refund.

It is possible to make a replacement of an item as long as this is done within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. After receiving the item in our warehouses, we will provide a voucher for the value of the returned product to be used when purchasing the new item.
