Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, unworn items can be returned by creating a voucher of the same value as the returned item, or refund within 14 days of receiving the goods. The return will be at the customer's expense as provided for by Art. 67 of the Consumer Code, "the direct costs of returning the goods are the responsibility of the consumer" therefore €6.00 ​​VAT included for the return costs will be deducted from the refund due. In the event that the total of the products retained after having made the return does not exceed €99, the costs at your expense will be both shipping and return costs.

In the event of a new return with reference to the same order, the shipping and return costs of the item will always and without exception be borne by the customer.

In case of refund of orders with voucher, shipping and return costs will be deducted from the total refund. In case you choose the voucher, the amount will never be refundable unless you create a new voucher.

To make a return and book the collection of the goods, you have several options:

- Send an email to info@primamodakids.it stating the reason for the return and the details of the order and the product(s) to be returned.

- Send a return request from your account and book the collection by contacting us via email or landline according to the following procedure:

  1. Log in to your account:
  2. In the **Email** field, enter your email address, then click **Continue**.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent by our store and copy the six-digit verification code included there.
  4. Return to the online store, then enter the six-digit verification code.
  5. Click on the order for which you wish to send the return.
  6. If your order includes more than one item, please select the items you wish to return.
  7. Select the reason for the return and add a note for the store.
  8. Click on **Request return**.
  9. Send an email or call the landline number informing of the request just made, we will book a collection from our courier which will be deducted from the refund due

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- The security seal on the items to be returned must not be cut or broken.

- The items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.

- Each item must be returned with all original labels, packaging and accessories (hangers, garment covers, etc.) received with the order.

- All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product.

- In the event that you receive a defective item, or that there are errors in shipments by Primamodakids, we ask you to follow the same instructions above.

- All returned items are inspected and must meet all the parameters listed in the return procedure.

- For hygienic reasons, returns of products that come into contact with intimate parts will not be accepted. Therefore, returns of underwear, bikinis, swimsuits, socks, tights and stockings will not be accepted.

- Primamodakids reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns.

Please write “Return of unwanted goods” on the label you attach to the package to avoid import problems.
