RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, unworn items can be returned by creating a voucher of the same value as the returned item, or refunded within 15 working days of receiving the goods. The return will be at the customer's expense as required by the Art. 67 of the Consumer Code, "the direct costs of returning the goods are the responsibility of the consumer" therefore €6.00 ​​including VAT for the return costs will be deducted from the refund due. In the event that the total number of products retained after making the return does not exceed €99, you will be responsible for both shipping and return costs.

If the payment was made by cash on delivery to the courier, and the refund must be made by bank transfer, €1 will be deducted from the amount.

In the case of a new return with reference to the same order, the shipping and return costs of the item will always and without exception be borne by the customer.

In the event of a refund of orders with vouchers, shipping and return costs will therefore be deducted from the total refund. If you opt for the voucher, the sum will never be refundable except through the creation of a new voucher.

To make a return and book the collection of the goods, you have several alternatives:

- Send an email to info@primamodakids.it with the reason for the return and the data relating to the order and the product(s) to be returned.

- Send a return request from your account and book the collection by contacting us via email, whatsapp or landline number according to the following procedure:

  1. Log in to your account:
  2. In the **Email** field, enter your email address, then click on **Continue**.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in it.
  4. Return to the online store, then enter your six-digit verification code.
  5. Click on the order for which you wish to send the return.
  6. If your order includes more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
  7. Select the reason for the return and add a note to the store.
  8. Click on **Request return**.
  9. Send an email, WhatsApp message or call the landline number informing of the request just made, we will book a collection by one of our couriers which will be deducted from the refund due

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- The security seal on the items to be returned must not be cut or broken

- The items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.

- Each item must be returned including all labels, packaging and original accessories (hangers, garment covers, etc.) received with the order.

- All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product.

- In the event that you receive a defective item, or if there are errors in shipments by Primamodakids, we ask you to follow the same instructions above.

- All returned items are subjected to inspection and must comply with all the parameters listed in the return procedure.

- For hygienic reasons, returns of products in contact with private parts will not be accepted. Therefore, returns of underwear, bikinis, swimsuits, stockings, tights and socks are not accepted.

- Primamodakids reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns.

Please include the words "Return of unwanted goods" on the label that you will attach to the package in order to avoid import problems.
