Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, unworn items can be returned by creating a voucher for the same value as the returned item, or by refunding within 14 days of receiving the goods. The return will be at the customer's expense, as per Art. 57 of the Consumer Code, "the direct cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the consumer," therefore, €6.00 (including VAT) will be deducted from the refund due for return costs. If the total amount of products retained after returning the goods does not exceed €99, you will be responsible for both shipping and return costs.
In the event of a new return relating to the same order, the shipping and return costs of the item will always and without exception be borne by the customer.
If you refund orders with a voucher, shipping and return costs will be deducted from the total refund. If you choose to use a voucher, the amount will never be refunded unless you create a new voucher.
To make a return and arrange for collection of the goods, you have several options:

- Send an email to info@primamodakids.it stating the reason for the return and the details of the order and the product(s) to be returned.
- Submit a return request from your account and schedule a collection by contacting us via email or landline using the following procedure:
- Log in to your account:
- In the **Email** field, enter your email address, then click **Continue**.
- In your email account, open the email sent by our store and copy the six-digit verification code included.
- Return to the online store, then enter the six-digit verification code.
- Click on the order for which you wish to send the return.
- If your order includes more than one item, please select the items you wish to return.
- Select the reason for the return and add a note for the store.
- Click on **Request Return**.
- Send an email or call the landline number informing of the request just made, we will book a collection by one of our couriers which will be deducted from the refund due.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The security seal on the items to be returned must not be cut or broken.
- The items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.
- Each item must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories (hangers, garment covers, etc.) received with the order.
- All footwear and accessories must be returned with their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product.
- In the event that you receive a defective item, or if Primamodakids makes shipping errors, please follow the instructions above.
- All returned items are inspected and must meet all the parameters listed in the returns procedure.
- For hygiene reasons, returns of products that come into contact with intimate parts will not be accepted. Therefore, returns of underwear, bikinis, swimsuits, socks, tights, and stockings will not be accepted.
- Primamoda Kids reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns.
Please include the words "Return of unwanted goods" on the label you attach to the package to avoid import problems.
